When the pandemic reached Los Angeles in February 2020 resulting in statewide safer-at-home orders, small businesses that thrived under the symbiosis of their local communities were at risk of losing their shops. Collaborative spreadsheets started circulating the internet to showcase local businesses and food establishments around Los Angeles. I utilized the data set from one of these spreadsheets to create a simple search directory over the weekend.
